02 Order Processing Times

All in-stock jewellery is dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces have an additional manufacturing time of 10–21 business days, which will be communicated at checkout.

03 Carriers & Tracking

We ship via trusted, fully-insured courier partners — primarily Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery — chosen based on your delivery pincode for optimal speed and reliability.

  • A tracking number and carrier link is emailed and sent via WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • You can also track your order anytime from My Account → Track Order.
  • For remote pincodes (North-East India, J&K, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.

04 Premium Packaging

Every My Vow Jewels order is packed with care to arrive in perfect condition and make an impression.

  • Each piece is placed in a signature VOW jewellery box lined in velvet.
  • The box is wrapped in tissue paper and sealed inside a tamper-evident pouch.
  • A BIS Hallmark certificate and authenticity card is included with every piece.
  • Gift orders include a printed message card — add your note at checkout.
  • All packaging is recyclable. We are working toward zero-plastic by 2025.

05 Failed Delivery & RTO

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable after 2 attempts, or refusal to accept:

  • The parcel is returned to our fulfilment centre (Return To Origin — RTO).
  • We will contact you within 48 hours of RTO to arrange re-delivery.
  • A re-delivery charge of ₹99 applies for orders below ₹5,000.
  • If re-delivery is not arranged within 7 days of our contact, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping fee (if applicable).

06 Damaged in Transit

All orders are insured. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the jewellery before opening fully.
  • Email vowjewelsllp@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98190 95670 within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number.
  • We will initiate a replacement or full refund within 5 business days of verification.
Important: Claims for transit damage reported after 48 hours cannot be honoured. Please inspect your package promptly on arrival.
