01 Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

02 Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices for gold, diamond, and precious metal jewellery are based on prevailing market rates and may change without notice. The price at time of checkout is the confirmed price.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor colour and texture variations are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify product specifications without notice.

03 Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email or message from us.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI, and cash on delivery (select pincodes only).
• Payment is processed securely via our payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank details.
• For orders above ₹50,000, we may request identity verification before dispatch.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, at which point a full refund will be issued.

04 Custom & Personalised Orders

• Custom, made-to-order, or engraved jewellery requires a non-refundable 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
• The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.
• Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return (see Returns & Exchange Policy).
• Manufacturing timelines for custom pieces are estimates and may vary due to design complexity, metal availability, or festive demand. We will communicate any delays promptly.

05 Shipping

Shipping terms, charges, and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, force majeure).

06 Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange and return process is governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

07 User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at vowjewelsllp@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, product photographs, logos, design layouts, and jewellery designs — is the property of My Vow Jewels LLP or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
• Product designs and collections are original works of My Vow Jewels LLP. Copying or replicating designs for commercial purposes constitutes infringement and will be pursued legally.

09 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
• Place false or speculative orders to manipulate inventory or pricing.
• Harvest or scrape product data, pricing, or images without consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Post false reviews or engage in review manipulation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Vow Jewels LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make our best efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
